For (the secretariat of) the Boards of financial supervision (Cft) various regulations are applicable. These internal regulations are displayed on this page.
All personnel members of (the secretariat of) Cft are employed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Kingdom Relations. The laws and regulations that apply to other officials of the Ministry are applicable to them as well. It concerns the Regulations for General Kingdom Public Servants (Algemeen Rijksambtenaren Reglement - ARAR) and the Regulations on Employment Conditions for Local Staff (Arbeidsvoorwaardenregeling Lokaal Personeel - ALP), but also a lower level of regulatory regimes such as compensation of expenses. In addition, specific rules related to the structure of the Board, as set out in the Act (Kingdom Act financial supervision Curaçao and Sint Maarten, the National Ordinance on Aruba temporary financial supervision and the law on finance for the public entities Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba) and administrative regulations apply.
