Advice pertaining to the draft budget for 2027 Sint Maarten

On June 25, 2026, you requested the Board of financial supervision of Curacao and Sint Maarten (Cft) to issue an advice regarding Sint Maarten’s draft budget (OB) 2027, in accordance with Article 11 of the Kingdom Act on Financial Supervision (Rijkswet financieel toezicht – Rft). The Cft appreciates the fact that this submission took place much earlier compared to previous years. You hereby receive the advice.
